         Photocopy of Birth certificate required for all new players.
             Free sticks to first time players born 2002 or younger (while quantities last).

LATE REGISTRATION FEE of $25.00 after March 24, 2010
Minimum Cancellation Fee of $25.00 applies.
(Must receive refund requests in writing via Canada Post or email)
Administration Fee of $25.00 applies to ALL NSF Cheques.

Jersey is kept by House League Players at the End of the Season.
